If you are offended by this video, you might have been hoarding unnecessarily.

A TikToker is mocking Singaporeans for panic-buying in supermarkets by showing fully-stocked shelves in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

For those of you who are not familiar with it, TikTok is a relatively new platform where users showcase all varieties of short videos, from dancing and singing to drama and comedy.

It is known as "Douyin" in China.

This is the video:

While the video did not explode in popularity on TikTok itself, its creator Tawfik Daud got more than 9,000 shares within a few hours of uploading it on Facebook.

In the 12-second snippet, Tawfik dances to Justin Bieber's "Yummy" in front of generously-lined shelves., where instant noodles, rice, and chips sit unruffled.

The captions include "KL so calm", "If not enough, come to KL", and "Don't worry still got stock".

If you have any doubt that this was in response to Singaporeans stockpiling, the hashtags should allay them:

And if you're curious, yes, Tawfik is Singaporean.
