Singapore raised its Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) level to Orange on Feb. 7.

As a result, photos and videos of Singaporeans panic buying essential items have gone viral.

Like these, for example:

People all over S’pore clearing out supermarket shelves of food & toilet paper because DORSCON Orange

‘My goodies, this is my minimart!’: S’pore woman shows off stockpiled groceries in bomb shelter

Queue for masks at Mustafa going ridiculously strong for at least 2 straight days

Even Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Trade and Industry Minister Chan Chun Sing are urging Singaporeans to remain calm as there are enough supplies for everyone.

Singaporeans make memes

Some Singaporeans took matters into their own hands the only way they know best: They made some dank memes to deal with all the madness.

Here are the best memes on the internet right now addressing Singapore’s panic-buying commotion.
