'Parasite' child actor Jung Hyeon-jun may have been too young to join the crew at the Academy Awards ceremony earlier in February, but he was just as excited as any of his fellow teammates over their four-win sweep at the Oscars.

In fact, there's solid proof that he was, as Jung's parents recorded the 10-year-old's reaction while watching the Oscars from their living room in Seoul.

The critically-acclaimed film directed by Bong Joon-ho was the first foreign-language movie to win the Best Picture Award at the Oscars.

It was also the first Korean film to win any Oscar awards.

Jung played Park Da-song in the the satirical movie, and was his first feature film.

Prior to 'Parasite', Jung acted in a number of television dramas.

"Born to receive an Oscar"

In the heartwarming video, an overwhelmed Jung is seen having a mini-meltdown, screaming as “Parasite” claimed the coveted title, pulling off a little victory dance afterwards.

In an interview with AP, he said:

"I thought it would be awesome to get it, and we actually won the award!

So I am wondering if I'm in heaven. I think I'm born to receive an Oscar," Jung said, while stammering in excitement.
